I had written a first-person biography but it ended up sounding retarded. So I just revamped the old bio :P Anyway, here's a bit of information about me.


Steve Bolger, better known as 'Redstar' is a trance producer/label owner based in the United States. As is the case with most musicians, he had always been fascinated with music. In his early days, he spent most of his allowance on house / trance mix CDs, courtesy of the local Wal*Mart and Tower Records. Starting off with a music program for the Playstation at the age of 12, he developed a feel for composing and arranging his own productions. It wasn't until mid-2006 that he finally moved up to FL Studio and things took off since. Within a year, Steve had began earning serious DJ support and within two, he landed various remixes and singles on labels like Enhanced, Monster, Discover, Mondo, Perceptive and his own label Red Force Recordings. Steve's currently working on quite a few upcoming singles and remix projects for his label and elsewhere, so keep an eye/ear out as you'll be sure to hear more from him in the near future.

Redstar is also the founder and owner of the US-based Red Force Recordings brand. After a long struggle, Red managed to launch the label in September of 2007. Currently the label is on their 9th release and has already experienced serious success, with well-received releases from Sundriver, LavKastor, Dreas and Shadowrider (Ronski Speed).

Radio-wise, Steve has maintained his own internet-based radio show for a total of 5 years now. Starting off as a broadcast from his home computer, it slowly moved its way up to Party107 and ETN.fm where it is currently broadcast today. The show can be heard every 2nd 4th and 5th Sunday from 4pm to 7pm EST (9pm to 12am UK time).
