Sounds Like
Trust:
It’s thrillingly equilibristic and delightfully thrashy and you just gotta be impressed by the fact that two guys (...) can deliver such a massive, complex sound. - Allscandinavian.com
Trust is one of the most exciting bands in Denmark these days, record-wise and live, and its my bet that this 7" will leave a great impression this year, both on a national as well as an international level. - Transmission.nu (6/6)
Inspired complex rhythm and guitar patterns are fused with lush vocals and interesting studio sound effects. (...) this release is something that both Trust and the new Copenhagen record label Red Tape can be very proud of.
- Lowcut (4/5)
Obstacles:
If university had only been half as smart and intense as the second 7” by this local math outfit (...) It’s brainy, but also upfront; cryptic, yet engaging.
- Lowcut (4/5)
The City Kill:
The music is really a trip. It's dreamy, haunting, introverted, fragile yet loose, loud, and reckless at the same time. The vocals are somewhat laidback, while the guitars go from rootsy twang and then erupt with crazyass cacophonic aggression, all backed with a unique almost tribal-like, yet subtle drumming(...)I mean, I could imagine Thurston Moore wank himself blind to the over-the-top noisy guitar parts. Excellent debut from the Danish/Australian 4-piece, and another winner from Red Tape Records.

Red Tape @ Bumzen:
BIG TIME! Thanks to Red Tape for showcasing their new talents, I'm totally psyched about the bands' upcoming releases. I've become a postpunk whore, AND I LIKE IT!
