Chuck Foster began playing reggae on the radio in LA in 1982. For seven and a half years he co-hosted the seminal Reggae Beat show with Hank Holmes. He has hosted Reggae Central on KPFK--LA 90.7 FM since 1987 playing roots and culture from his personal collection.
The show airs from 3-5pm on Sundays. If you are not in the Southern California area, you can listen to the show on www. kpfk.org where you can also find past playlists.
