hi reggie,
now that obama has won the election, let's have a
look at his foreign policy adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski: Zbigniew Brzezinski's "The Grand Chessboard" is nothing less than a blueprint for U.S. global domination drawn up by an insider of the American foreign policy establishment.........!!!!! the only candidate that would have brought real change to america and the world, was dennis kucinich (democrat) but after tv-discussions with h. clinton and obama, where he made both of them look very pale indeed, he was denied access to further media appearences.
he was not allowed to take part in the deception-game because he was pointing out the truth.
.........on the other hand the american voters have
shown what they want...but they are not going to
get it.
sorry

"I live my life in widening circles
that reach out across the world.
I may not complete this last one
but I give myself to it.

I circle around God, around the primordial tower.
I've been circling for thousands of years
and I still don't know: am I a falcon,
a storm, or a great song?"

yes - I am a great song orbiting - actually an unwinding sprial - not sure if I will ever complete the last one, but I am leaning into it big time - this curve - always surprised when I look up and see I am further - yes, I am around another bend...

may we continue to unspiral and reveal our true beauty.

Love and light,

Kara

Hi Reggie,

Remember to be gentle with yourself and others. We are all children of chance and none can say why some fields will blossom while others lay brown beneath the August sun. Care for those around you. Look past your differences. Their dreams are no less than yours, their choices no more easily made. And give, give in any way you can, of whatever you possess. To give is to love. To withhold is to wither. Care less for your harvest than for how it is shared and you life will have meaning and your heart will have peace." Kent Nerbaum

I just got back from Paris and it really is a city that inspires me to write songs and poems. There is a nice cafe next to an old second hand bookshop where I browsed for some old poetry books and then went in and ordered a coffee. The stormy sky broke up and I sat under the awnings....watching Notre Dame get drenched and the passer by-ers run for cover. I felt so connected with the raindrops and the summer sky, and time passed and soon I was sipping my wine going into the evening hours. That is the beauty of Paris, one looses all sense of time. Mornings melt into evenings and days into weeks....

Wishing you a beautiful week.

Remember to be gentle with yourself and share your gifts ...if I am not in Italy - lets meet these next 2 weeks before you are off. We are only a few footsteps away.

stay gold

Hey Reggie,
thanks so much for befriending me...as I said to many people at your birthday party, there would be no jazz scene in Berlin if it were not for brilliant artists like you...you are a cornerstone, a builder and a pioneer!

Much love to you and your family & I hope to see you in town again very soon!

all the best, bookerman
