Recently representing Gibson Guitars USA as a Product Specialist....{in the UK and US Mid West}..... rebel guitarist Reg Keyworth ,is once again on international charts with his spagetti western/outlaw song..."Dead Mans Wash".
After living in Albuquerque New Mexico and playing the Texas music scene for several years,{moving from Australia/NZ} he added more grit to his true signature style of playing and writing.
Reg wrote this song after a road trip to Phoenix AZ,where he saw the sign "Dead Mans Wash" and thought what a cool name for a song.{When he saw it, he was travelling at 119MPH in his Camaro,slammed on the brakes ,got out and nearly stood on a rattlesnake!}
First released in the UK/Europe on Hotdisc...Jan 06,it spent 10 weeks on the top 40{www.hotdisc.net}. Growing a fanbase in the US,and abroad,"Dead Mans Wash" had further saturation in Australia and New Zealand in late 06 and 07,..storming the charts and still going strong today !!.... its brewing an appetite to folks who wanna hear something a little more rockabilly yet country..... aimed to sound like an old style recording from the Sun records era,......its outlaw ready and raw. Full of tight guitars..with a bass line and beat you gotta put your shoes on and dance to!!!!!
