THE REIGNS BAND... "if you go to one show you'll be hooked and will see why they are the most booked up band around, a simply amazing live performance"...if you're into rock, blues, country, jazz, metal, and alternative all mashed into one heap of hot mess then you can't miss these guys. They got their start in July '07 and have done 200+ shows in that short time. When you hear these guys with shredding guitar, grooving bass, pounding drums, and vocal harmonies you won't believe there is only three people putting out this wall of sound. This band defines talent.
Evan Reigns, a guitarists' guitarist who won honors with his instrument while in the Air Force and has played over 300 shows with his band and others in the past 3 years. Lead vocals are part Joe Cocker part Springsteen but completely unique, lead guitar...it's like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, and Zakk Wylde had a love child.
Will Ross, plays just about everything and has mastered his craft on the bass. He is pursuing a masters from UT in Jazz. Will is a truly innovative and unique bassist who has played in all but 4 bands in Knoxville.
Nick Randles, a wild drummer, a true craftsman reminiscent of Bonham and Moon with so many gears and styles. Nick has toured the US with the popular bands Copper and Echo Valve. In addition to keeping the beat he harmonizes vocally, adding another rich layer to this bands unparalleled dynamics.
Nate Austin, currently with City by City, takes time out of his hectic schedule to run sound and boost morale. This guy is multi talented and has God's gift for ears.
Jason Day, our part time keyboardist, Masters in JAZZ and just plain sick on the keys, nuff said.
