Rekids Presents 'Sex Mania' at the Berghain, Berlin

This time we are downstairs in the Berghain abusing possibly the best system in Berlin / The World. We have the legendary DJ Duke (Power Music, Power Music Trax & Sex Mania) alongside Mr. G (Live) with Boris and of course Radio Slave too.

DJ Duke war Mitte der 90er Jahre einer der produktivsten Figuren in der damals noch schillernden New Yorker House-Szene. Mit seinen Labels Sex Mania (inklusive ikonisches Domina-Logo), Sex Trax und Power Music hat der Mitte der 80er in die USA emigrierte Däne ein paar wegweisende Klassiker veröffentlicht, "Blow Your Whistle" war wohl sein populärster. Wild Pitch und Tribal House waren seine Obsession, gerade unter seinem Pseudonym Pleasure Dome schenkte er der Welt tolle Platten wie "8 Min Of Techfunk" oder "12 Min Of Dreams", die sich auch heute noch superb in jedem Radio Slave Set machen würden. Vor acht Jahren hatte er nach über 300 produzierten Platten und DJ-Residencys in vielen New Yorker Clubs vorläufig genug, zog nach Hollywood und wurde Regisseur. Radio Slave hat ihn nun für seine Rekids-Nacht ins Berghain eingeladen und wir sind gespannt, wieviel Sex und Power noch zu spüren sind.
