A bunch of nobodies wanting to be somebody someday, RELATIVE STATE is a Filipino-Aussie Indie/Pop/Rock group with its members hailing from the outer western and northern suburbs of Sydney, Australia. Emulating their musical heroes by not playing like them but instead playing as if they are WITH them is what sets them apart from the other bands out there. They have also collectively made the conscious decision in the outset to do their own thing rather than other people's music.
Late November 2008 RS finally found some downtime to record a couple of songs at Glebe Studios that would hopefully be released as an EP in the first quarter of 2009 - watch this space for more details!!!
