rel•ic (rel'ik) n. Something that has survived the passage of time, especially an object or custom whose original culture has disappeared:
Formed out of friendship, RELIC brings hard rock, alternative, and metal to a new level. Dating back to when the rock-n-roll image was clean cut and songwriting was straightforward, to the complexity of today’s drastically changing world. RELIC rises as one of the region's top performing bands with the use of strong melodic riffs, mixed with powerful, heart-felt lyrics from start to finish. What started in Youngstown, Ohio, has grown to catch the interests of everyone. The group knew they had a lot of work ahead of them, competing against a flood of talent in the area. RELIC is quickly gaining press and local popularity from their debut EP , "Nothing Sacred".
The members of RELIC are Dave Billock (Singer/Guitarist), Chris B (Guitarist), Travis Hatmaker (Bass/Vocals), Lukas Balogh (Keys/Synth/Vocals), and Roger Lewis (Drums). They are touring and establishing contacts both regionally and nationally. Renowned venue owners, radio stations, promoters, and booking agents are willing to help out people they call "those who help themselves". RELIC has utilized the nationally recognized Spider Studios in Cleveland, Ohio. Spider Studios has recorded such artists as: Chimaira, Drowning pool, Breaking Point, and It Dies Today.
As well as packing concert venues in their hometown, members of the quintet have also had other projects playing along side national recording artists. Each member has their own unique talents and abilities to deal directly with venues, radio stations, newspapers, and magazines. RELIC finances mostly all of their own recordings, radio promotions, merchandising, and other media content. They prefer to book their own shows, but sometimes work with other promoters agencies. They are self standing and ask no one for handouts. The next goal is to let the record labels know they mean business. RELIC has been touring Ohio, already passing through Akron, Columbus, Cleveland, Youngstown, and surrounding cities. They've made waves in western Pennsylvania and are spreading the word quickly throughout southern New York, setting up shows in well known cities from New Castle and Pittsburgh to Buffalo and beyond. Music is their life, and RELIC is striving to make it their career.
We used to be called "Mumrik" that was looking for a singer and now we finally found a singer and the band name became STM since we are working together at a distance of 6000miles from Leeds, UK to Kyoto, Japan. And we uploaded 3 songs now. Check them and let me know what you think. Thanks.

Its pretty funny when you can buy a couple boxes of girlscout cookies for $3 and then later that night sell them to drunk patrons for $5 a box. We'll get in the studio faster than I thought we would! -Brandon
