The Museum has six full time staff, five part time staff and a team of willing and able volunteers. The main Museum houses the Corps Archives and the Museum displays. The Vehicle Exhibition Hall houses a selection of vehicles from the Museum’s specialist collection and an education area. Open Monday to Friday and Sundays, the Museum provides an Education Service and Archive research facilities.
The Museum and Association Shop are open at the following times:
Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 16:30
Friday 9:00 to 16:00
Saturday Closed Sunday 11:00 to 16:00
Bank Holidays Check in advance
Closed Christmas and New Year
The REME Museum Cafe is open as follows:
Monday to Friday 10:00 to 13:30 Fresh coffee, tea, cakes and biscuits Lunch Service available Made to order Sandwiches, Baguettes and Jacket Potatoes with a wide variety of fillings
All other times (when Museum open) including Sundays and Bank Holidays Vending machines, stocking a variety of soft drinks, beverages and snacks
