Reminessence is an idea whose time has come, created to be the bridge connecting present day new music to the styles of the past by presenting songs written in the style of the classic rock era. Music today is so lacking in heart. Where is the romance, the heartbreak lines, the edge to stand on? It is coming. The songs are being written in Heaven, soon to be delivered from Reminessence to you. A good song should have heart, a great song should have impact such as the ability to change, uplift and affect lives because that is what a song should do. But even so, there should always be room for expansion into the 21st Century as well. We should also Rock and Roll you, fill you with the Blues, sway you with Jazz or a great R&B tune.

It seems that a lot of the great songwriters and performers from the Oldies Era are leaving us to the realms of Rock n' Roll Heaven, leaving us here to play and replay their songs because of our love for them. Reminessence feels that it is time to keep their dream alive by creating new music in the style of the Oldies in an effort to keep those old styles alive.

Something is missing from music today! Where are the great songs with those great lyrics, and memorable melody lines like the ones performed by the great music artists of old? And who is responsible for the absence of this kind of great music and song? Where are the legends of Rock or any kind of music genre? It's no wonder that many bands and music artists today are going independent. It seems that these independent artists, are the ones making real music today. Be it their own style or creations, but real songs nonetheless. There is a formula for good music, good lyrics, resulting in a great song. It comes from the heart, from our soul, and yes, even from our past.

Reminessence is here to recapture that sound, that feeling, that road to the past. And if you agree that music is not the way it used to be, then you belong here my friends, on a magical journey, to what was, what is, and what will be, once again.
