Remixx Dance band, originated from Sf, CA, under the direction of Mr Orlando Hudson, who has played with various bands in the bay area, such as Elements of Soul with Michael Le Blanc, Non-Stop LTD with Mr Grady Wilkins from the "Whispers" MT Zion Baptist Church in SF, CA. Mr Orlando Hudson has also back up the the motown band called the "Best Intensions" under the direction of Jeff Bashir in SF, CA. and many others.

Producer,Songwriter,Keyboard Player,Vocalist,.I have been the industry for over 30 years. I have worked with many local and major artist before working on my projects. I started getting involved in music like everyone early in my years. While at the 14 st. rec center in Winston-Salem N.C. way back when i heard these guys rehearsing This Temptation song "You're My Everything" The drummer was beating the gituar stringing the bass man booming and wow the singers were singing like birds. Thats when I said to myself this is what I want to do. In High School I sang in the gospel choir from there I went to a Gospel group Called The Angeletts Of San Francisco Then Joined The Marines and joined a band called The Brothers Theory Band from there I joined the well known "Whispers" Camp where I learned to produce records you can here my work on the "Toast to the Ladies" C.D. I'm currently the M.D. for The Remixx Dance Band
Mr Zachary Ferris, went to Berkee School of Music, Berkeley, Ca where achieved a music degree in Jazz, Zack, has been known to play with various Jazz musicians all around the world, he has played with Styme Band, songwiter and producer of Kaanoi, and he plays with a latin band, he is a member of AR select talent scout, and also plays keyboards with Remixx Dance Band.
Mr Marvin Hollands lead male vocal singer, will leave you breathless with his mighty first baritone firey voice,he has sang with various groups and bands such Dear Hearts and "Birds of Paridise" with Rickey Bell, Tony Hubbard, and James Cook.
Ms Lisa Morgan lead vocal singer born and raised in Newark, New Jersey what we call "BRICK CITY" Lisa has a med-soprano voice that will send you to memerize, she has a gospel singing background from childhood church choir Greater Abyssianian Baptist Church , under the direction of the great Mr Leon Lumpkins who also sang with a gospel group call the "Gospel Clefts" where her godmother Albertina Walker had inspired her. Lisa father Rev. James C Morgan had put together a gospel group called the "Golden Voices" where her music career began to take off, then met later on in teenage life Mr Donald and Ryland Parker of the "Brothers Two Plus Two and the owners of Parker Music Production in Newark, New Jersey, who also inspired her to still sing. Now residing in California, sang in the church choir with People Missionaary Baptist Church and now with Remixx Dance Band.
Miss Quintosha Dennis- Lead and background singer, has been surrounded all life with musicians such as her godfather Mr Kenny Boyd who plays in the band call "FIVE POINT O" located in CA, who inspired her to sing. Her music began to take off with her beautiful soprano voice, and now sings with Remixx dance band.

The Roux is a project that Rafael and I started representing real Afro-Cuban jazz. Afro-Cuban Jazz is a delicately powerful art form that is a way of life. I play with the Roux every Friday at Enricos (Broadway/ Kearny ; SF,CA) and play fresh charts to represent the music in its truest form. Our sound varies from Swing to Latin to African . The history period I'm mirroring is the fifties with a splash of modal jazz.
