Soon after receiving his Bachelor of Industrial Design and earning a special university award, Hype1 Magazine introduced him as a multi talented Art Designer and Art Director. He was all of 26 years old. But it’s in the field of body painting that REM-X mostly devoted his creativity and founded his company using his artist name REM-X, a name that reflects REM-X’s philosophy as he does not pretend to reinvent the notes. For him, painting is like remixing a melody. Not surprising then that REM-X won third prize at the 2007 International Body Painting contest, Color Mundo, recently held in Montreal. Since then, organizations from many major cities, have shown more interest in his work.
