In my next life I'll be a movie reviewer. Here are few of my 5-star picks: The Departed, Set it Off, Menace to Society, Dead Presidents, Snatch, Requiem for a Dream, Sliding Doors, Donnie Brasco, The Matrix, Spiderman, Million Dollar Baby, Mystic River, JFK, Frailty, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, About a Boy, Adaptation, Anchorman | | Television | I don't get into much TV. Too scared to love something they'll cancel, it's been done a lot. I end up watching reruns of old sitcoms or waiting for the DVD of a full season. A few of my faves: The Jefferson's, All in the Family, Mama's Family, The Office (both versions), Alias (1st and 2nd season) Lost, Entourage, Arrested Development | | Books | I don't read as much as I used to or would like to. I end up reading magazines instead: Essence, Fitness, Rachael Ray, Eating Well, Entertainment Weekly, Oxygen, O | | Heroes | I think I'm too old to have heroes per se, there are people I deeply admire, Oprah being the main one. |
