Tip du Jour -  When you are just beginning to sing choose well-known songs that are in your range. Make sure the melody is easy to hum and that you can feel the rhythm easily. Can you reach the high notes and be heard on the low notes? In short, start out with songs that you would sing along to with the radio.

 Tip du Jour - You can use your mind to direct the incoming air flow into almost any part of your body. But in order to do that, you need to exercise your imagination and be well acquainted with your body. You would be amazed at how elusive these two disciplines can be to some people.
