Born & raised in Columbus, Ga., Rene was introduced to music at an early age. Being the daughter of a church choir pianist made it easy for music to be imbedded deep in her spirit. Once of age, she became a member in the choir her mother played for, thus beginning her journey in music.

Rene's debut album "Chill Factor" is set to be released independently in September 2006. This album is a collection of love songs. Love of lovers, love of self, love of good feelings & love of inspiration. On this album Rene displays exceptional skill in writing songs that tell a complete story or conveys an emotion from beginning to end.

We are going to take a trip to the Chattahoochee River for a day of kayaking!
We will leave the Body Design Personal Training studio in Midtown-Atlanta at 9AM and be back around 3PM! There will be a lot of carpooling going on!
There is a $45 fee per person for this event to cover the Kayak rental for the day (We negotiated a group rate. Their regular rate is $60 per day)! This activity is for all fitness levels, however, it will be intense!
