The Rent Day Blues Workshop has a wide range of interests from crafting fiction, checking out local bands, researching local literature to socialising with folk, debating, followed by arguing, starting a night out with wine and then finishing with beer with ample cigarettes in between.

We like a lot of music - but mostly original Derry wans from a wide variety of genres ...
Theta, Scruff, Kharma 45, Farago, Fighting With Wire, Wile Man, Sirocco MCs, Chadsko, Swaney River, Japanese Popstars, Waltose Rythmn, Our Krypon Son, Organised Confusion (or Future Chaser), the way Derry's going/growing the list goes on and on and will continue to go on and on! If you know what we mean.
However, we're not dead keen on 'cover' bands. We don't hate them, but they are a bunch of talented folk who should be creating their own stuff instead of recycling someone elses thoughts.
