Dubbed as Kings of Arena Rock, REO Speedwagon was first formed in 1968 by a pair of students from Illinois University, drummer, Alan Grazer and keyboardist, Neal Doughty.
They slowly began to gain success in the 70's in the midwestern region of the US. Their
popularity peaked in the early 80's with their most commercially succesful album, High Fidelity that included hits like "Keep on loving you" and "Can't fight this feeling".
There was so much more to REO than keep on lovin you,take it on the run and can't fight this feeling. What about songs like golden country,ridin the storm out,roll with the changes,stillness of the night and I'LL FOLLOW YOU from good trouble album,what a song,what a vocal,what a piano solo,what a guitar solo,what a great friggin' band! I swear to god all these rap people out here mine as well give it up. They didn’t want me to do it after 16 years of bleeding this music, but I had to do it, for my haters.
