Here's a little biography about Repulsione,little like your limited IQ.
The band,based in Bologna(Italy),saw the light in the end of 2003,in a era of very bad musical tastes,playing a traditional HC inspired by 90's Italian style.
The line-up was Teo a.k.a. Headcrashing Chainsaw at bass,Sorre at growls,Ale as drummer and there was the guitar,at that time in the hands of Giorgio.
The band started playing across Italy in every city or village where was someone interested in HC music.
In 2005,after a memorable gig with Beyond Description,Giorgio and Ale left the band.So the biggest fan of Repulsione,the President of Thrash, instantly joined the band as drummer.Started here the power-trio era of Repulsione,instigating circle pits all around using only a bass,a drum-set and a throat,leaving from traditional Italian HC into thrash-grind sound inspired from 90' grindcore sound.
In late 2006 Tex was recruited,beginnig the new era with two super distorted basses,speed record drumming and pitbull-fighting vocals...the guitar is fuckin'out!
With this line-up we have toured Europe in 2007(Summer) and in 2009(Winter),playing continuously, putting out stuff, supporting every DO IT YOURSELF reality,fighting,struggling,squatting,denouncing,always active,always awake,overcoming a lot of obstacles.
In February 2009,after the"European Waste Tour",Sorre left temporary the band,grabbing again the microphone for a couple of memorable gigs and then leaving Repulsione definitively in September 2009.He now lives somewhere in Spain. Repulsione had the great friend Gabry from Cancer Spreading-Terror Firmer as crusty-grindy-terrorizing shouter for some months.After the studio session of September 2009 Gabry stopped to help us (thank you bro!Keep on the Spirit!),but you dont'have to feel sad because Giulio the Postnuclear Drunk Warrior now is ready to broke your fucking tympanums screaming wildly with throat devastation.
Now we're mixing grindcore,thrash,fastcore,powerviolence,with little hits in crust and in traditional punk-HC,and the result is our personal interpretation of thrashing powerviolence.
