About me: I volunteer for a Rottweiler Rescue(www.ssrr.org) , I also rescue Dobermans and pitbulls. I work closely with Law enforcement on Animal control issues, abuse andneglect cases.I rehabilate unadoptable dogs who can not be adopted out, so they too can have a home where they are loved. Amazing it is always those smaller breeds that are more aggressive then the larger breeds.
I hold several positions in my Rescue Orgs that keeps me really busy.I am Lead Adoption Homevisit Coordinator for Southern States Rescued Rottweilers.Also Lead Temperment Test Coordinator for SSRR. I love helping other rescues out as well, however i can. Being Adoption home visit coordinator i have many many contacts and always glad to pass them on to rescues who need a homevisit in that area.Always happy to help a rescue, Breed does not matter, i'll work with all breeds! I've had 8 yrs or more experince with working Temperment tests and coordinating them, i worked at the animal shelter during hurricane Katrina where i temperment tested many pitbulls, Dobermans and Rottweilers.
I rescue what is known as the most" vicious breeds" because they are the most misunderstood breeds.
I have 2 pitbulls,2 Doberman pinchers,2 Rottweiler mixes, who love everyone and do not have an aggressive bone in their body! After 10 1/2 years together my Babygirl Doberman Fallen went to the Bridge on 9-26-08 she was dearly loved and is so very missed. I held her in my arms as she left us and told her how much she was loved but that one day she and I would be together again and we'll cross the Bridge together. Thanks to all my friends who were there for me and helped me cope with losing my Babygirl.
