HOW R.E.S.C.U. CAN HELP YOU:
*FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
We are here to help. Financial assistance for your emergency medical needs is available to you and your dependents. Please fill out an aid request form and send it, along with ALL PERTINENT MEDICAL BILLS to:

*ADVOCACY:
We have volunteers who can work with you. An Advocate will, with your written consent, contact doctors and hospitals on your behalf to negotiate down your bills. Simply fill out the Advocacy Consent Form (available from RESCU reps and online) and send it with your aid request form.
*COMMUNICATE:
Contact us online, call us at 1-800-374-9215, or talk to a RESCU representative at your festival. All information concerning your health issues is held in complete confidence in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Join us on our forums/message boards at www.rescufoundation.org or here on myspace to voice your comments, questions and experiences.

Donate your time or services:
*Advocacy:
As RESCU grows, so does the need for volunteers in our advocacy program. Advocates are trained to contact doctors and hospitals to help negotiate down payments and work directly with patients to assist with ongoing medical concerns. We need people who are good on the phone and good listeners.
*Skills:
We need doctors, dentists and nurses who might be willing to donate services or provide discounted rates. Individuals with grant writing skills are urged to lend a hand.
*Resources:
Contact us if you have any knowledge, information, or particular service that you believe may help RESCU.
Volunteer for or attend your local RESCU Rally:
Offering an evening of unique entertainment is one way we raise awareness of RESCU. If your festival does not have a RESCU Rally, you could be the person to get one started, contact us to find out how to get one started!
Make a donation:
Donate at a RESCU event, online at www.rescufoundation.org or through the mail to RESCU Foundation, Inc., 1421 East Broad St. #248, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526(donations only at this address).
Pick up a RESCU CD or Lapel Pin online:
Encore For A Queen is a compilation CD with music from many of your favorite Renaissance artisans. See pics section for song listing. Our RESCU Lapel Pin proudly displays your support for the RESCU Foundation and all its efforts. Available through www.rescufoundation.org

Hey RESCU... Did you know that among all the myspace apps there is one called "causes". It's for non profits , it's easy to sign up for and create your own cause such as rescu. Then we can join and people can make donations through myspace... cool huh? -V
alright, so what is this new search engine that you all get points or some-such for how many hits it gets? could you post it (because if its here im not intelligent enough to find it) so that i can use it and tell other people to use it? it really sounds like an awesome idea!

Photos this year include some of the Lovely Renn ladies from the Tennessee faire, from Sterling, from Kansas City Renn Faire, Texas Renn Fest, the gals of QAL are back, and lots of our "Beloved Pet Patrons" as well!
