Hi y'all, this is Resty and from the far distant end of the earth in Nevada. I'm a "Stay at Home Dad" and loving every minute of it. But don't be misled that I'm sitting idle and doing nothing while at home. That's what I thought the first time. I'm very busy getting involved with things around the house and some other stuff like...helping other people.

I'm retired from the US Navy and been a Seabee -- CAN DO! I used to do electrical construction and still a very lucrative skill that acquired thru the Navy. 

Another part of me now that I love the most is being a Stay at Home Dad.  How nice to not worry about asking for a time off when I need to take care of some personal issues and even some other things.  This what have brought me to what I have going on in my life right now of helping and reaching out to others.

I would love to get to know Stay at Home Parents (yes, that's both mom & dad) and maybe share what's going from their end.  And I share my side too.  I also have the passion of reaching out to military spouses because being a military spouse is a very serious commitment.

Who I'd like to meet:

The individual people I'd like to meet are all part of history now (DEAD!). But would be nice to meet Thomas Edison and Col. Sanders founder of KFC. These dudes have made failures in the attempts to be a part of their success. What an inspiration to model for folks struggling in today's world.

But being on the realistic part, I'd like to meet as much as possible most of the friends I have here in MySpace. These are all proud parents like myself. Doesn't matter to me if they're single, separated or divorce and married folks. What's important is the reality that I could have the delight in meeting real people that I met with the help of today's cyberspace technology. That's networking of friendship the high-tech way! ..!
