Sounds Like
Take about 500g of modern Prog and Extreme Metal meat (or tofu as a vegetarian) and cut it into small pieces. Put it in a Hardcore pan with various Death Metal oils, where the age and style should vary a lot (dating from the 80's to now and the future, from groovy to brutal and technical). Fry it between 4 and 7 minutes (as you like) and add some melodic seasonings from all over the (Music)world to it. You may serve it with old school Trash vegetables and classic Prog potatoes. If you like add some french guitar solo cheese to it. There is your Fragment Fricassé!
RetraceMyFragments was founded in spring 2006 in Esch/Alzette (Luxembourg) by 5 musicians that were flirting with idea of creating something new in the Luxembourgish Metal and Hardcore scene.
After several changes in the line-up and first concerts which took place in winter 2006 , the band found a new rehearsal room in the Rockhal in Esch/Belval. Under professional circumstances the band could develop their sound to a new level and gained in songwriting maturity .
2007 saw the band facing many line-up problems and every position in the band got replaced at least once to this day. But all these issues did not prevent from entering the studio in 2008 to record their debut EP Vertizontal which saw the light of day on April 19th and had its own promotional Mini Tour in France.
The band is now working on their upcoming release which will be a concept album dealing with Science-Fiction. Their music developed from mere Metalcore to Progressive and Experimental Death Metal in the vein of bands like Between The Buried And Me, The Red Chord or Cephalic Carnage, not denying their roots nor being afraid to add non-Metal elements.
So far RetraceMyFragments have played shows in and outside of Luxembourg with local bands like Exinferis, Everwaiting Serenade, Fast Friday, Defdump, Eternal Tango, but also with foreign bands such as The Ocean, Entombed, Hate Eternal, Crisis Never Ends, Burst, Cephalic Carnage, Inhatred, Fall of Serenity, Grizzly Twister, Bison B.C. and many more.

Awh mean guys,for your comments on Lyrker site that's so personel,I agree with you on the sound quality,but you have to know this that this music,was written by one guy,and only two musicians,recorded only stereo to mic,we are evolveing,only been together just over a month,However now that Martin has jumped on board the music will change and take shape,then we hope to get a lead guitarist to really bring it out,also once this happens we will record in a more proffessional manner,we have so many influences in metal & so many ideas its clouding creativity,so our musical journey is into the unknown,keep in touch,connection made so to say,Dark regards, Jay...
