I hear you! Wow you liked SuperC over Mega Man 2 - over Zelda, Ninja Gaiden - over Super Mario 3?? (actually I think I dug it over SMB3 as well to be honest with you!) It was definitely a fun game, and that was cool that they added some extra levels in there. One day I will need to test my mettle and try to make it a little further thru the arcade version - mannnn that is a punishing game..
I was looking at the punisher screenshot with the charred body in the car when I tried to post that comment. My browser is a little cantankerous from time to time! I Loved the arcade version of the Punisher game and there was a... let's just say watered down... port for the Sega Genesis.
