RetroScope are a 4-Piece Progressive Rock Band based in Bristol, with influences coming from The Strokes, Kings of Leon and Fortune Drive and many other bands and solo artists.
We really enjoy playing music with each other and creating new music and gigging is also amazing. It's grreat to meet new people through music aswell, such as really cool sound engineers (the one at the Louisiana) and all that. We aren't going ot tell you to enjoy our music, we respect everybodies decision and we can never possibly change your opinion on that. If you do enjoy our music, add us as a friend, drop us a message or pop along to one of our gigs if you are able to make it! Your support is much appreciated!
The Members:
The only very interesting biography coming from RetroScope is the one of "The Drum Machine". TDM (as we shall abbrevate it) was manufactured on the 21st November, 1989 and what a fine piece of equipment it became. It features 2 fully fuctioning arms and legs (the upgrade from the model in the band: Def Lepard). There was one problem with it however...it is quite a large machine due to it's fine skill on the rugby pitch, so big people have been known to call him "The Bear". TDM didn't really like this name, so it went under the alias of Jamie FitzHenry as it suited quite well. It was breaking news to the rest of the band also when in early 2008 we all finally realised he could read English script, in fact, every drum machine pretty much could because it was an intercontinental magazine. We always assumed that for drum machines to process information a human would have to tap in binary code or for the more advanced model such as "Jamie" you would have a usb cable that you would plug in to anything you wanted your drum machine to process. And that's it about TDM really, cheers, RS x
Just to let anyone know, that is a joke ^ x

that's ok, I thought it was rudeness at the time (because obviously I would never dream of running off without taking pictures) but I've thought about it and it's ok, you're a new band so it's fair enough.
