RETROSPECT latest released, their preps for the show at World Class
After their first Grand Concert in the Year 2007, and the second one in the Year 2008, “ Retrospect ” one of the Thailand’s front line Rock Band for those teenagers was then made their decision to accept the invitation from ICS Festival Service GmbH who is the organizer for those World Class Concerts such as Wacken, which has been considered to be one of the most popular Metal Music Festival in Europe, this festival is the magnet to the Fan Club of those Metal Music all over the world, and this year the specialty of Wacken Open Air 2009 or W:O:A 2009 is the celebration of it’s 20th Anniversary, there will be a lot of famous bands that has been confirmed to be on stage there such as Dragon Force, Bullet for my Valentine, Nevermore, Machine Head, Motörhead, etc., and this must definitely be once again marked as the history for World Class Metal Music Festival.
Since the Year 2007-2008, Retrospect has told us that…. “ We have been invited to be on stage at numbers of Overseas Music Festival, but we have to deny all those invitations since we have been fully booked from the tour of concert to many parts of Thailand which made our schedule became real tight, on the other hand we have just launched our latest album named “ Rise ” that has already been scheduled for the promotion activities almost everyday, and most importantly we’re so concerned that we still need to perform our show on much more larger as well as different kinds of stage to gain more experiences and confidence, and at the same time we would like to get the chance to meet, mix and getting closer to our fan club who lives in upcountry area as much as we can. The invitation to be on stage at Wacken Open Air 2009 is definitely our great honor, which gave us a great chance to be on stage among those famous bands, since we’ve been contacted through our myspace channel and our webmaster informed us that there’s a company sounded out if we interested in the participation at one of the most famous Music Festival in Germany, we were then informed this to Genie Records and told them that we really love to be there, this was handed over to GMM international for further coordination, the result came out with the final solution after few months of business coordination that, all is done and we are in, for Wacken Open Air 2009, that at least the total of 10 persons included of 4 band members, a producer, a sound engineer, 3 stage crews, and a coordinator from GMM Grammy has been officially invited to attend this event ”.
Right before this W:O:A 2009, there was many top class metal bands from Asia such as Dir en grey, D'espairsRay, Girugamesh, Electric Eel Shock has been invited to join the previous Wacken Open Air festival.
Finally, Nap left his few words that “ for our beloved Retrorians as well as our Thai and Overseas Fan Club, we’ve just heard that there will be Live Broadcasting of this W:O:A 2009 through our official website www.retrospectrock.com, which you may find the updating of news occasionally, we’ve roughly planned to play at the total of 9-10 songs within 55 minutes provided by the organizer, photograph taking and video clip recording of our activities from the beginning to the end as well as those related to W:O:A 2009 Metal Festival will be surely planned to be done by our team and will be shown to you as our souvenir from Germany, and lastly, we would like to give you the words that, we will definitely not fail you for sure, and will make your every single precious second with us count ”.
The band will depart Suvarnabhumi International Airport for Germany on the 29th July 2009, and will be on stage on the 31st July 2009, at 1300 hours (local) which will be around 1800 hours in Thailand, the 24 hours of Live Broadcasting for the whole 3 days of festival will be done through http://www.wacken.com , http://rockalarm.tv and the band official website www.retrospectrock.com which you will always find the updating of information

The song “ Kae-Ni-Yai ” or “ Tales ” is an official debut single for the second album of Retrospect, their return this time filled up with plenty of music experiences gathering from their reckless tour of concert through the whole year of 2007, and brought them in, to blend with their own style of music while maintaining the uniqueness of what is known as Retrospect, they created many brand new ideas of making music in which they have never done before such as the using of synthesizer or application of the live back up orchestra band in order to make the completion for each every songs in their new album that filled up with skill, and fruitful tricks. " After the long waiting of Retrorians for almost one year, today and just today the 3rd of April 2008, ... Retrospect Band has released their special song named " Ther-Khue-Tuk-Yaang or You are everything" especially for the happiness of their Fan Club, the song wrote by Nappa then composed and arranged by Retrospect Band and Dano the producer, this song inspired by the feeling of the band members during their at least 200 tours of concert since last whole year with the strong intention to express their gratitude to their Fan Club for providing of the great continuous support to them ..... Retrospect In Studio 2008 :
After their first album “Unleashed” has been successfully launched and also being considered to be one of those who introduced us to the very high standard quality of music for almost one year, here comes today since the receiving of green light signal from GMM Grammy for the second album to be released, the member of “ Retrospect Band ” are now moving themselves back into studio for the recording of their second album project which was a long waiting one for their fan club to hear this valuable announcement. Their whole last year for the tour of concert upcountry allowed them the opportunity to gain a lot more of new experiences as well as new point of view toward the creation of new style of their music. They are now spending most of their time in a studio downtown Bangkok after finishing the long first tour of concert, and concentrate on making their very best for every song in this second album which is included writing, composing, arranging, and etc. with most dedication, under the supervision and fully backing up by their one and only beloved producer “Dano” as always. In addition to this, the producer has encouraged their fan club or “Retrorian” for the participation in this album by sharing their variety of ideas for each song through Retrospect’s web board, and those ideas has been carefully selected by the band members, and the producer which was then put each of them into part of the song like “Patched work on a beautiful Quilt”, and finally this second album has been confirmed to be much more “solid fun and fruitful”.
“Retrospect Band” will spend the period of February to March 2008 to complete their second album, which will definitely means that the launch of “the single” should be around summer period of this year and will follow on by “the full album” not too long after that. There’s a gossip from an insider about the theme of each song, as well as sound, and music in this album that it will come out much more different than those in the first album, and will also highlighted on what they said “solid fun and fruitful” in order to satisfy what the “Retrorians” has been asking and waiting for.
The “Retrospect Major Concert” has already got the green light from GMM Grammy to be on, but as per the full dedication to have their second album completed with quality, the band will then spend the period of February to March as worth as they can, and after that will be their “Major Concert” the concert for our reunion, which should be sometimes around April or May 2008.
During the second to the third week of March, our band member “Bom” the bass player has asked for a personal leave to contact about post graduate studying program for his Master Degree level at the “School of Visual Arts or SVA” in New York and will spend 2 weeks there, anyway before he left Bangkok, those part of music under his responsibility which will be used for the second album must definitely be done for sure, and the news of “Bom” and “Not” for being one of the presenters to a famous brand of music instrument company will be kept as secret for a while, please wait until the debut of this magazine, which will certainly be our Perfection Guarantee!!!

Hi all, it’s me Nappa
Sigh! ……. Today is the day that I can really sit right in front of my computer and type out something seriously, after our non-stop tour of concert, hope you all are doing fine, I'm now trying to finishing my packing up for the trip to Las Vegas tomorrow. I would like to thank everyone for the great support to our " Rise Now " concert recently. I felt as same as the others that the time of our show passed real fast! That's the fact folk …….. good time gone so fast right?!?
For those who missed the concert, don't worry, please just wait for our DVD to be released by the 16th of December 2008 (perhaps, we should have it done earlier than this 555), therefore, be prepared save some of your allowance to grab one for yourself. My physical condition is not perfectly well right now, just a problem of internal sore throat caused by the continuous show of concert, and insufficient rest while working pretty hard, but I've had a lot of fun anyway+++ please don't worry, I know that I can survive, and hope that I'll be well once again after the trip from the USA (won't I? 555)

" Retrospect " is a Thai band who formed up in the middle of year 2001, and presented themselves in the style of Industrial Metal. By the middle of year 2003 they have released their first E.P., and at the beginning of year 2004 the official work contract with Genie Records (GMM Grammy Public Company Limited) has been signed.
Retrospect presented their songs under the concept of " Heavy Metal with Sweet Melody like those in Emo Rock ". The lyrics of their songs brought such great influence to their audiences’ feeling. At the very beginning their songs has been introduced in the form of Hard Core, and Death but experiences and the passing time has tuned up their ideas to another wider angle in the style of their own music which turned them into what has been called “ Retrospect Style ” until now.
