Return to Sender is a three piece rock band out of Provo, UT. They have been playing together as the same lineup for over 5 years now. Return to Sender self released there first full length album in January 2005 in Provo, UT at Muse Music. The band being very young at the time ranging the ages 15-17... was grabbing attention from listeners quickly as they played shows across the state. School, family, relationships, work, and more became a neccesity in life as the band started getting older. In the summer of 2006 they worked with Drummer/Producer Branden Steineckert to make a 3 song demo for Warner Brothers. As the process went along, the band realized that they needed to take there own step in creative direction and record an album thereselves with a more realistic label. After the winter of 06 the band began talking to Five One Inc. a small indie label out of California. Thanks to the introduction of Facing New York (label mates). Many shows, and many songs later, the band decided to create a full length album with the best of many songs written over the period of 2-3 years. With the help and support of friends and family. Recording started in the basement of Kyler Fillerups parents house. There they recorded all of the drum tracks, bass tracks, vocal tracks and most of the guitar tracks other than dubbing and additional layers. Vocalist/Guitarist Chad Reynolds then mixed the entire album as a amatuer engineer over the period of 4 months in Scott Miller and Kyler Fillerups apartment in Provo. The band spent no money besides mastering with Mark Chalecki (Capital), and borrowed everything from a 002 audio interface to the Shure Beta Drum mics used to record and craft there newest record... The Grand Exposure. Consisting of eleven songs, the album stands as a strong foundation for what we hope to be a long future of great music.

Thanks for the add, I am likeing the songs I hear. I think I like " 88 " the best, Its darn good boys, darn good. Any of you boys skate? If so, we should skate.
I gotta say, those 3 cd's are amazing. I was expecting totally raw tracks, but a lot of them sound really good! So, is 51 inc mixing your new label for you, or did you do all the mixing yourself? I think I can hear my blue tele in a lot of those recordings.
great show. Thanks for saying hi. We'll keep in touch.
