Howdy brother-in-law. So obviously we are in Portland by now and we are loving it, etc. We are trying the whole car-less thing right now, using the good ol' Max train and what not. While we are enjoying ourselves, we are planning to buy a car within the next month or two and then your wife better have us over for dinner or else!
(I can't remember if Ann can cook or not but I'm assuming she can at least make spaghetti or hot dogs or something, being related to our mother after all).
