Dopo alcuni mesi, a partire dal dicembre 2006, in cui sono un duo, poi un trio, i REVERIES assumono la forma e il nome attuale nel marzo 2007 con Andrea de Franco, Andrea Pantano (al basso), Mino di Punzio, Andrea Angelini e Alessio Saponaro (alla batteria). Dopo un anno durante cui la band fa i primi passi negli ambienti live pugliesi e scrive i primi pezzi, Alessio Saponaro lascia la band, viene sostituito da Andrea Pantano mentre il posto vacante di bassista viene preso da Luigi Miano. Dopo aver registrato un demo-EP con la produzione di Fabrizio Giannone, Luigi Miano lascia la band, i Reveries arrivano secondi al 5 South's Cheyenne e Francesco Cervellera (Hashkey, ex-A Different Theory) diventa bassista. I Reveries da allora ricominciano subito a scrivere nuovi pezzi e a continuare a suonare il più possibile in compagnia di band locali. Ad ottobre 2008 Francesco Cervellera lascia la band e viene sostituito da Armando Genco.

After having started in dec 2006 as a duo, then becoming a trio, REVERIES become a quintet in march 2007 with Andrea de Franco, Andrea Pantano (as bass-player), Mino di Punzio, Andrea Angelini e Alessio Saponaro (as drummer).
After an year, while the band writes its first songs and starts playing in local clubs and events, Alessio Saponaro leaves the band, Andrea Pantano replaces him and Luigi Miano becomes the bassist. After the recordings of a s/t demoEP with the almighty producer Fabrizio Giannone, Luigi Miano leaves the band, Reveries scores 2nd place at 5th South's Cheyenne and Francesco Cervellera (Hashkey, ex-A Different Theory) joins as bass-player.
Up to now Reveries have continued writing new songs and playing live the more they can. In october 2008, Francesco Cervellera left the band and was replaced by Armando Genco.

Ilfull lenght di debutto si intitolerà "THE DAMNED NEXT DOOR (know your neighbors!)", sarà prodotto da Carlo Bellotti(Necromass,Gf93) e Alessandro Paolucci(Rebel Devil, Raw Power), e sarà registrato al WESTLINK RECORDERS di Pisa.
