    Problem:
    crankiness
    anger
    sadness
    frustration with world crisis.
    feeling powerless
    hopeless
    lifeless ...
you want to help but don’t know what to do ...

    Solution:
Take a two week break from researching the world crisis. You're not going to miss anything, I swear! The mess will be here still when you pick it up again later. Don't watch the news. Don't surf for stuff online, and don’t talk about it with friends.

Take a walk or a run or a drive every single day. If you're already in the car, commit to this exercise ... Look at the things around you and focus only on those. As you look at each thing, say to yourself, "Notice the sidewalk. Good. Notice the stop sign. Good. See the car. Good. See the dog. Good." Focus only on your immediate surroundings and then acknowledge yourself.

If you find your mind wandering to ANY kind of problem whatsoever, get back on track. DON'T try to solve anything while on your walk. Don't worry about what they did to us. Don't fuss over the future. Just BE in TODAY at this very moment. Repeat these phrases over and over, and when you start to yawn, it's working! DON'T stop until you feel cheerful. Don't stop when you are bored. ONLY stop when you feel HAPPY.

It works for every single person.

Problem: You're trapped in the past and worrying over the future.
Solution: Stop watching the news temporarily and bring your mind into the present. Be on top of the world again!

Feel free to message me with questions or stories of success!

"I think I have just seen the future of American Theatre.”
    —Michael Bourne, Circle Repertory Company

“Spiritually barren lives given meaning by fundamentalist religion. Comfortable lifestyles devoid of passion. And the finality of the gun. All reflect what happened to American values . . . and they form the subject of Edward Crosby Wells’ challenging new play, Flowers out of Season . . . one of the best things this innovative theater has done.”
