Brothers.. Charles and Christopher Wadhams (guitar/vocals and bass, respectively) grew up on the crest of the MTV new wave - their father was songwriter and lead singer for '80s pop group Animotion - they seem firmly rooted in what was then the "alternative" sounds of Athens, GA and New York City. Mixing up a little rock, a little twang, a little jangle, and just a smattering of dissonance here and there, the band focuses on interesting songwriting and back-to-basics musicality, forgoing the beats and synths of the electronic age. The band has a polished sound that retains some intentionally raw edges. It is a sound that has certainly been done before, but here doesn't feel tired or rehashed in the least. - Performer Magazine
I got sad today...I started thinking about the good old days when we did the Alicia video, and realized that the billboard you guys were playing on is now a lot full of bad condos!!! Happy we shared those times my firends!
