One of the most extraordinary and thrilling albums I've heard in years. This 9 track wonder comes from Rexford. Every song tell its own story and all the stories behind the songs comes from his fascinating life. He sings on a number of the tracks throughout this 40 minute long CD. The whole album is produced by Adam Ellis who also sang on a number of the tracks, played lead guitar and created a fantastic sound worthy of many a great album from the top recording artists. SEE

In true Bowie style, the music is brilliantly eclectic in nature, and inspirations for the songs coming from many different quarters. A couple of which have been directly provoked from the horrors of warfare, such as the transcendental seven-minute long Date with Destiny. The vast majority are rock/pop anthems, which manage to be both intellectually stimulating and sensationally catchy. Still, there is time spared for a young woman getting ready for a night on the town in Million Things To Do. What's more this track is cooly propelled by house music vibes with an outstanding perfomance by female band member, Denise Gordon. Meanwhile, Soul On The Street also performed by Denise, incorporates flashes of flamenco guitar (Jon Henderson) Mystery Man is something of an all out Rock Track, before Battle for Baghdad weighs up the endless cons of war, in the impressioned style of Bruce Springstein. As if this album project isn't exciting enough in itself, there is a movie in the pipeline about Rexford's trial and tribulation saturated life for which Rexford has already witten the film score! And all recorded by the Philharmonia Orchestra of London. Does not get better than this. Hopefully one day in the future the movie going public will see for themsleves what he has been through. American screenplay writer Craig Clyde has invested the best part of two years writing the script, to make such a project possible. He listened to all of Rexford's music, including his film score, the theme songs and read Rexford's detailed diary. He met up with Craig Clyde in the summer of 2003 in Hollywood (of all places) in order to put screenplay meat on the bones of his story. Craig says, " I know it's just a matter of time before we see his story on the big screen to inspire and motivate millions around the world. So make a Date with Destiny yourself and cross paths with this enigma sooner rather than later. For full details click on rexford

Rexford I pray in Faith your Health is improving...here is another one of my notes...
I offer you all my broken pieces and the shreds of my existence...I extend myself and these shattered bones a warrior carries upon the skin of Mother Earth...I gift you with my poor beginings...I share my crumbs which I have few left...as the Bread of my life has been shared with the many...I pray the song of the Great One is heard inside your Sacred Heart and not just with an ear...I pray the food of its meaning fills you to not know hunger...I pray His Blessings shelter you as they have me throughout this life of storms.
