The American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life is the largest fund-raising event in the nation.
The Relay For Life of Central Oahu is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of the American Cancer Society.

Survivor dinner at 5:30pm---opening ceremony-lap at 7:00pm, and then closing ceremony at 7:00am. That's plenty long, I think! ..I'm hoping we have people actually STAY ALL NIGHT!!!! Being a first year event, I don't know what to expect!
Our Relay was GREAT! For the first time in 6 weeks, it did NOT rain! I bought umbrella's to sell as a fundraiser so they will be going back to the store. That is okay, I'd have rather had the sunshine! We had a lot of new teams abd I believe they were all happy and will be returning next year. We are $14,000.00 shy of our goal but several of the teams qualify for matching funds and teams are still having fundraisers. I am confident we will make the goal. We still need to unpack the cars. As soon as I locate my camera I will get the pictures posted. Thank you for your good wishes!
