.. Born February 3, 1997 in the Philippines, Rhap Sajul Salazar is an amazing 13-Year-Old Filipino Singer who started singing when he was only 3 years old. The first song that he ever completed was a Filipino song, "Bakit Pa". Rhap's natural born gift in singing is compared by many to a very young Micheal Jackson. The Music and Entertainment community have expressed amazement in his vocal abilities. Ellen DeGeneres was quoted, "There's so much emotion and power for this 12 year old, it's incredible!". Rhap also worked as a child actor on various Filipino TV series and movies. At 10 Years old, he won a singing contest loosely based on American Idol called "Little Big Star" (Little Division-Brightest Star, Season-1) on Philippines Network (ABS-CBN). In July 2009, Rhap Salazar beat-out 700 finalist from all over the world to became The Junior Grand Champion. The WCOPA is an Artist Olympics held every year in Los Angeles, California. Right after the WCOPA competition, Rhap returned home to record his self-titled debut album under Star Records! His Album is now available on ITunes and Amazon, please support him! In November of 2009, Ellen DeGeneres saw Rhap's videos on YouTube and invited Rhap to appear on her show in Los Angeles Ca.
