    sooooooooooooooo, we went to flip again last night. had the caesar salad. oh em gee. delish! we also tried the bun mi per your recommendation last time. it was yum too.
    not in my top 3 favorites, but good! thanks again for being a part of such a fun concept!

    Hello Richard,

    I got deeply into Top Chef in season II and have been addicted ever since. You are my all time favorite Top Chef cast member; your dishes were always so deeply creative and generally so well executed. And your Bravo blog is, likewise, very insightful.

    Anyway, as someone who is becoming more and more of a foodie, the older I get, I wish you much success in your culinary future, and look forward to eating in your restaurant one day - you'll probably have a few of those before you are through. And it is with much appreciation that I have you as a myspace friend.
