Here's a list of things to keep an eye out for from 2007-2010 (more things to be added as they come to light)
GONE WILD
"GONE WILD"
(CD - RELEASED 31ST JANUARY 2007)
- I really enjoyed every part of this album coming together, all 4 of us are really proud of what we achieved.....so much so that we are recording a double album next. Purchase the "GONE WILD" CD online here !!
RICK BONE
"MS BLUES"
(CD - RELEASED 15TH JANUARY 2007)
- My friend Scott Rose who I had worked with before told me all about a friend of his who suffers from MS, it's a hell of a disease and I confess to being thankful that I don't have any health issues, so it was a great honour to have had Rick put my lyric about MS to music, Scott and also my good buddy Chris Szkup are also featured on this track "Cry Through The Pain". Proceeds from the sale of this CD go to MS research, so go and support a worthy cause ya'll !
GONE WILD
"GONE WILD II"
(CD - Released 2009)
- And who said we were going soft ? Hell no !!! This album features over twice the amount of material as the first album, we spent quite a bit of time making this the best possible album we could - taking the things we learnt from the processes of making the debut and upping the ante heaps.
ROB SMITH, HAYLEY OLIVER & RICHARD ANDERSON
"SOMETHING TO REMEMBER"
(CD - Released 2009)
- This is one pleasurable partnership to be involved with, we came up with a few really good songs so it was only natural that we would write and record some more really good songs together and release an album. 8 songs on this album are Anderson-Smith compositions.
ROB SMITH
"NEVER A DULL MOMENT"
(CD - Released 2009)
- Mr Smith headed back into the studio to work on his 3rd solo album, this being the follow-up to one of my favourite CD's (I'm not being biased I swear !!!) "Actions Speak Louder Than Words" (which is still available for purchase at...CDSuite.com)
- "Never A Dull Moment" was indeed a pleasure to be involved with (note I make a cameo on the track "On Common Ground").
ROB SMITH & NILS-OLE FINBAK
"ATMOSPHERES"
(CD - Released 2009)
- We thought it would be nice to tone things down a tad and that saw Rob and Nilsy working together on a piano-vocal based production (where Robs vocals highlighted along with some tasty piano by Nilsy), it's an honour to have contributed to this album. A follow-up release is in the making.
CAROL SMITH
"TRANQUILITY"
(CD - 2010)
- Rob's lovely wife Carol (did I say that ? LOL) steps up to the mic for her first solo album, this was a HUGE honour to be involved with writing a few lyrics for (the begging to be involved did the trick LOL)
THE FECKERS
"GREATEST HITS 69"
(CD - 2010)
- Chris Szkup & I are the main ringleaders of this project, we decided it was high time we knocked off some tunes that Chris and I have had on the backburner for a longtime (far too long), and with friends and family onboard for the journey - we've decided to write and record a few new things as well. And in case you hadn't noticed the name of the project and the album is meant to be light-hearted, although the music most certainly isn't.
ROB SMITH & FRIENDS
"CO-WRITES & COLLABORATIONS 1: MOMENTS IN TIME"
(CD - 2010/2011)
- These All Star affairs that I am involved in actually first started with this album, but things being as they are other projects have been released before this one has been completed. We've got only a few tracks to complete and all the obligatory setting things up, hopefully this baby will see the light of day before the end of 2010. Rob has some pretty cool people collaborating with him on this album, and a lot of his ever so talented family as well. (I wish my family were 1 millionth as talented as his musically !)
ROB SMITH & FRIENDS
"CO-WRITES & COLLABORATIONS 2: SONGBIRDS"
(CD - 2010/2011)
- And just to show we are still in that collaborative mode we have a 2nd set of collaborations being put out there, but not until 2010 ya'll coz some tunes still need to be written, and we're still in the processes of talking to some singers who we want to work with on this album, we have some exciting talent from around the world that we will be working with on this project.
HI!! How are you doing? I hope GREAT!! I hope you will stop by when you get time and listen to my songs!!! I could really use your support!!! Thanks! Ashleigh
Hi stranger. How have you been? It is summer here and super hot although today isn't too bad. I am a fan of cloudy days that are on the cool side. So, what is new with you? I hope all is well. :)
Hey Richard! I can relate to the computer problems rather well...lol. I am feeling much better now by the way. I just wanted to say thank you for all your love and support. It means a lot to me. I hope all else is well with you. Take care and have a great week!
Hey Richard! I dropped by to say hello and thanks for wishing me to feel better. While I was here, I thought I'd listen to a few of your tunes. I must say, I absolutely love "Love You Forever" and "Can't Help But Feel the Way I Do". They are absolutely beautiful and brought a smile to my face. I wish you all the best! Take care and keep in touch!
Stopping by to wish you a great weekend. Hope all is well with you. I rarely get on this site anymore. However, when I do, I make sure to visit your page to listen to your awesome songs. :)
