- My friend Scott Rose who I had worked with before told me all about a friend of his who suffers from MS, it's a hell of a disease and I confess to being thankful that I don't have any health issues, so it was a great honour to have had Rick put my lyric about MS to music, Scott and also my good buddy Chris Szkup are also featured on this track "Cry Through The Pain". Proceeds from the sale of this CD go to MS research, so go and support a worthy cause ya'll !

- We thought it would be nice to tone things down a tad and that saw Rob and Nilsy working together on a piano-vocal based production (where Robs vocals highlighted along with some tasty piano by Nilsy), it's an honour to have contributed to this album. A follow-up release is in the making.

- Chris Szkup & I are the main ringleaders of this project, we decided it was high time we knocked off some tunes that Chris and I have had on the backburner for a longtime (far too long), and with friends and family onboard for the journey - we've decided to write and record a few new things as well. And in case you hadn't noticed the name of the project and the album is meant to be light-hearted, although the music most certainly isn't.

- These All Star affairs that I am involved in actually first started with this album, but things being as they are other projects have been released before this one has been completed. Rob has some pretty cool people collaborating with him on this album, and a lot of his ever so talented family as well. (I wish my family were 1 millionth as talented as his musically !)
