I started playing the drums when I was little because they were easy to blag.
I was 13 when I played my first gig. It must of been well shit. Later on I joined orco and we wrote fast rock songs etc and did a few gigs. I then joined Sunshine Republic a metal band who later turned into an improv band playing 20 minute jams.
Then joined a function band(s) for wonga.
Later joined Big train's Haymaker - a 9 piece funk band.
Alongside bands I had some lessons with Paul Brody (BBC big band), moved to London for a bit, listened to Jazz, met some amazing musicians, moved back home and got a degree in Audio Technology from Southampton.
