About me:

Welcome to my myspace, here you will find all the going ons over the coming months whether it be DJ gigs, radio shows or our newest venture PTTC Events in Newport, S. Wales. I've always had a passion for music from a very early age, and was well into the energetic Happy Hardcore sound 97-99 Helter Skelter days, but my love for music fell into the Dance/Trance era listening to DJs such as Tiesto, Dave Pearce, and Ministry Of Sound. I attended my first rave at United Dance @ Bagleys, KingsCross on 6th July 2001, From that moment i was hooked on this style of fast paced, energetic dance music.
DJing
I was first introduced to DJing in 2000. When confident enough on the decks i played at the weekends at house parties. My style is the tougher end of UK Hardcore, and i'm open minded to a lot of other styles, if i like it, i'll drop it. My first club booking was for Armageddon @ Evolution, Cardiff July 2006 playing peak time between Ramos & Supreme and Joey Riot & Kurt, boy i shat myself, lol. since then the bookings have came in heavy handed and have now landed sets at...

Music Production
Music Production was the next step, i studied BTEC Music Technology and Sound Engineering at college and have now started to write and produce dance music in what little spare time i have from my home based music production studio. I have a number of tracks in the pipeline that im hoping to release this year. Ive produced 3 tracks so far, one UK Hardcore track and two Hard Dance rips
PTTC Events
Port to the Core made the move from the house party scene to the club scene after buiding up a reputaion as the most craziest and longest running house party in Wales. LIVE on Hardcore Revolution Radio weekly on Saturdays nights the PTTC crew would come out in full force, bringing in guest DJ/MCs from up and down the country to play the shows. Now we feel we've outgrown the house party scene, and are now taking on a new venture by taking the shows to town we're we now run a successful local monthly event in Newport S. Wales.
