Watching rugby league (Auckland Warriors), WWE Wrestling, All Blacks, exercise (when I can be bothered-I'm a bit lazy), reading the Bible, walking hand-in-hand with my wife, going to church (Masterton Community Church), stage acting (Harlequin Theatre-I've been in 2 plays so far, Ghost Writer in May '06 & Spreading Out in December '06).

About me: We are born-again Christians who believe that Jesus Christ is the only way for this world. While there are probably some people who disagree with that statement, I've gotta say that you are wrong!
Jesus says, in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father, but by me." This means that there is no other way but the Jesus way. To quote an old song i once heard, 'It won't be old Buddha sitting on the throne, it won't be Mohammed who's calling us home, it won' be Hare Khrishna when we hear the trumpet call, it will be the Lord Jesus, 'cause he is Lord of all!'

We, like the Pilgrims, have a choice. In life there will always be those things that we can complain about (the Pilgrims had lost many loved ones), but there will also be much to be thankful for. As our society becomes increasingly secular, the actual “giving of thanks to God” during our annual Thanksgiving holiday is being overlooked, leaving only the feasting. May God grant that He may find us grateful every day for all of His gifts, spiritual and material. God is good, and every good gift comes from Him (James 1:17). For those who know Christ, God also works everything together for good, even events we would not necessarily consider good (Romans 8:28-30). May He find us to be His grateful children.
