"Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration."
-Thomas Alva Edison (1847-1931) American Inventor

I'm learning to think before I act, and breathe before I talk. I'm also learning how to not do Tai Chi and put it off. I'm trying to balance doing things I have to to live, and do things I want to to live better. I'm trying to see an empty street as not the sole place to have a summer block party. I want to walk past gangways inbetween houses without looking at them as places for restaging the chase scene in Point Break. I'm thinking about how someone once told me that I need to hang out with myself more. I'm doing things I think are going to shape the rest of my life for the better, it's just taking a while to kick in. I'm thinking about the reason for the backstage pass, when I don't feel comfortable going back there anyway, instead rather going out with the people and enjoying the preformance from the house. Of coarse I'd like to talk to all the great people who make a show, movie, play, painting, dance work that really had moved me, but then it gets late and you need to go home to get sleep for the next morning. I'm currently amazed at the level of speed a Jimmy John's sandwich is made. I've never turned down a sandwich op. Some call that sandwich logic; they're probably right. sandwich |'san?(d)wi ch | noun an item of food consisting of two pieces of bread with meat, cheese, or other filling between them, eaten as a light meal : a ham sandwich. • something that is constructed like or has the form of a sandwich. verb [ trans. ] (usu. be sandwiched between) insert or squeeze (someone or something) between two other people or things, typically in a restricted space or so as to be uncomfortable : the girl was sandwiched between two burly men in the back of the car. ORIGIN mid 18th cent.: named after the 4th Earl of Sandwich (1718–92), an English nobleman said to have eaten food in this form so as not to leave the gaming table. I am interested in seeing Chicago get a proper credit for it's roll in molding and shaping the pronouciation of the word "sass-age". I'm impressed by the inventor of the wave pool, and their keen attention to buring you in a battling ram of a water anvalanche. I'm doing myself and everyone I know a favor to not assume the leftovers on the table were left there for me exclusivley. I also know that knowing how something works doesn't always mean that it will work; your idea, so you have to try again after trying again.
