as long as your getting over 100 grams of protein a day you should be straight. those eating guidelines are for dudes looking to gain some serious mass. as long as youre making progress in numbers (reps/weight lifted/etc) then you're gaining muscle. i hardly eat enough to go way over my maintenance calories and my body composition is still changing. try it out

LOL yeah the line up was pretty shitty, i mainly went for chiodos, and they threw a hell of a show :) so i left very satisfied :P my trip was goood, had fun, but i couldn't wait to come back home to america and my easy life here..you know lol
