  • Rick Nowland Didnt make 23 in a row from the line, only had 17 today & 10 were my best. Compared 2 how i was shootin the ball im happy with that. Also had 5 weak dunks 2.

Well im goin on 51, Used to have over 5 thousand friends on here, Starting over now.. Got deleted. Why dont know?I have 2 dogs, 3 sons all over 20 years old and 1 who still lives with me.And im married 26 years, But not 2 happily at the moment. Im almost 6-5 and i weigh 206 pounds. And i shoot 3 times a week,With 1 hand, I have no left rotator cuff, Thanx 2 an unnamed surgeon.. (Suing him 4 Malpractice)!!My worst in the gym shooting in a 2 hr. workout is 10 in a row.. My best in a row is 72 in the gym, and 98 outside..And yes i can still dunk, cant slam like i used 2 but it still goes in!! Check it out on Youtube lol
