I'm a local percussionist in the Hickory NC area. I have several groups i play with on a regular basis... all types of music. From jazz to funk, from rock to bluegrass... i stive to branch out to all genres. I teach privately and i lead both an African drumming group called GAHU and several steel drum bands. We play for many Elementary Schools in the area. The Pan Jive Steel Band is a professional group that plays for all occassions and venues. The instrumentation of my jazz groups are customized depending on the venue or the person doing the hiring. From a duo and up, every style of jazz, from swing to bop. Our pricing is extremely reasonable. My rock/funk groups perform frequently for all types of events, from high school reunions, downtown festivals, school dances, clubs, and much more. My CD "Must Be This Tall To Ride" was released in 2003 and is curently being played on internet radio, and its off the chain!!!!!
