.. .. .. .. Rickey Wright is a Christian singer / songwriter and musician that has a heart to share the love of Christ through his music. Although he has been singing for the past 30 years as a church soloist, Rickey has just recently released his first studio album of 12 original Contemporary Christian songs that Wright wrote out of his life experiences. In October of ’08 Rickey signed a contract with the Tate Music Group for Record Distribution and Marketing. The new CD entitled, “In His Time”, is now available at most major retail outlets across the nation. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Rickey is a songwriter that uses life experiences for the backdrop of his music. Rickey explains, “All of my songs are like children that are special in their own way. Each of these songs has a story regarding events taking place in my life, and it is my desire to share that story with others, a story of hope.” Wright goes on to explain the desire of his heart for ministry, “I have experienced many trials during the past three years, in my personal life, and I have seen God’s hand move during these times. It is my desire to share the story behind these songs with others that are hurting and in need of a word of hope in their life, the hope that only Christ can give.” .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
