Rick's Comedian Bio
|
| Bio | Rick's comedy career started in 7th grade when he placed a tack on the unsuspecting seat of a teacher. The prank backfired on him when the teacher happened to sit perfectly positioned so the tack didn't penetrate his skin (The next time he was sure to place the tack a few inches from the center). From there he went on doing things to make his schoolmates laugh hysterically while making sure to keep himself far away from suspicion. In High School his pranks were so ingenious that if they got out, they might have to close the school down again. Also, they can't even be revealed here as the statute of limitations has not expired.
Rick did his first real stand up in Easthampton, MA at a cool funky place where Jennifer Myszkowski runs an open mike night. Of the 30 odd people that performed that night, Rick was told by many he was in the top 3. This gave him the incentive to go on. Rick has performed with Jimmy Tingle, Jim Lauletta, Paul Nardizzi, Courtney Cronin, Teddy Bergeron, Mike Donovan, Kevin Knox, Harrison Stebbins to name a few. | | Influences | George Carlin, Bill Cosby, Buddy Hackett, Robin Williams, Eddy Murphy, Jerry Seinfeld, Lenny Bruce, Woody Allen, Jack LaLanne (gotta stay in shape!) |
