Rick Miller - Lead Vocals, Electric and Acoustic Guitar
Dave James - Bass Guitar, Backing Vocals
Matt Statezny - Drums
Randy Barnette - Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals
I have been trying to define our music and it has been difficult. It is Texas Music and that doesn’t necessarily mean red dirt country or Texas swing or Texas blues we are all of that intertwined. When I write music I don’t write the song to match a style. I write a song to be a song, that’s it whatever style it is, it is. We are a little bluesy, we are a little red dirt country, we are definitely a little rock and roll and that to me is Texas Music. We take everything that is good mix it up and put our own twist on it. Kinda like a burrito with hot sauce on it. Mix it all up!
David James AKA: "The Glue" and me Rick Miller are the founding members.
David is a busy musician around San Antonio he plays in 3 bands. My brother Randy Mann (the silent member) introduced us. I had taken some time off from music to pursue the American dream. Then one day I realized that it wasn't my dream. Never having given up on my song writing I contacted Dave. We auditioned all of two drummers when in comes Will Statezny with soccer shorts and a bottle of water to try out. He blew us away with his ability to feel a song he had never heard before and get in the pocket from the word go. We worked hard on the rhythm section all the while trying to decide which direction to go with our lead instrument. Now David is a rocker to the bone so he knows some good Rock & Roll guitar players. We went thru a couple of guitar players trying to find the sound that we were looking for. Beginning with Mike " The Maestro" Aurora. Mike was a good player in fact he is all over the CD and we are still real good friends but Mike is a bit of a musical whore too not to mention the fact that he is a born again schoolboy so his schedule was not working well with the band. We tried out Steve Yates he was even more on the rock side than Maestro. Steve played with us for the first 6 months and everything seemed to be working well but since our music is so versatile we decided we needed a more versatility out of our guitar player so via our stand in bass player Jerry Winkler enters Matt Gilmore. Matt plays a plethora of styles jazz, country, rock or what ever the song calls for he is on top of it. He is not originally from Texas and trust me we hold that against him evry chance we get. To round out the lead work and add his harmonies, we hired Randy Barnette on guitar as well. He is a long time friend and great Country and Blues picker that just moved back from Fort Worth, TX, but is originally from neighboring Boerne. Seriously I love what we our doing and I love where we our going with this project.

Appena sarà tutto pronto ti faremo sapere.
Felice Anno Nuovo. Dio ti benedica ancora, grazie. Suonate
