Rick Revel is not your average triple threat.

For starters, his tale begins at a humble dude ranch belonging to living legend Loretta Lynn. During his three and a half years working there, Rick developed a strong friendship with the country star and her husband. It was with the Lynns' family's encouragement that Revel began to propel his passions into a vibrant career.

Over the next decade, Revel would grace thousands of stages, making appearances as an actor, singer, and master of ceremonies. His dreams began to blossom before his eyes, and before he knew it, he was singing on the stage of the famous Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee.

Revel hosted his own variety television show, which aired throughout Tennessee and Kentucky for two years. He has also had success on the positive Christian country charts with his songs staying steady in the top ten, peaking at 4.

When asked about Revel, Charlie Daniels stated, "Rick Revel is one of the most prolific songwriters to come to Nashville in years.”

Hank Williams, Jr. certainly wasn't anything less than impressed with Revel. “How do you follow an act like that?” Williams asked as he took the stage immediately thereafter.
