Although I compose mostly New Age/Instrumental music I draw inspiration and listen to everything from New Age to Metal, Punk to Prog, World to Pop
Jazz to Classical, Trance to Dance, not to mention Movie & TV Soundtracks.
I was always fascinated by Ancient History and its Mysteries and get a lot of
creative stimulation from documentaries on them. As for the music I compose
now some of the artists I consider to be my musical lineage are:Tangerine
Dream, David Arkenstone, Ed Van Fleet, Loreena Mc Kennitt, John WIlliams,
Christopher L. Stone, and Putamayo Releases (world music label), just to

Hello how are you? I just wanted to let you know that I have just finished producing a yoga, meditation & relaxation album titled “Surrender of The Mind”
This album takes you on a musical journey like no other. Capturing the ancient sounds of panpipes, tabla, bells, sitar and many other ambient resonances for those who wish to achieve a higher state of consciousness, greater focus and self-awareness through yoga & meditation, or simply to accomplish a more relaxed and peaceful state of mind.
Surrender of The Mind is written for those of us who need to get away. Maybe we have had a tough day at work. Maybe we have studied hard. Maybe we need to reflect on certain events in our lives. Maybe we just need a moment to clear our minds and re-set our mental strength. No matter what the reason is, there comes a time when we all need to surrender our minds.

Hello Rick, I listened to "Paean for the People" this morning and really liked it. The 3/4 time and magical chord progressions turned it into a "mystical waltz". I found the Harry Potter-David Arkenstone vibe quite captivating to my ears. Great job!
