Hey its Rick. I live in Manhattan and I'm a trainer, coach, student, teacher, athlete and artist. I'm a simple happy guy and I like to have fun in everything I do. The two big loves in my life are music and outdoors. Love to play piano and guitar. Love biking, running, surfing, sky diving, flying, kayaking, rock climbing, extreme bodyweight training and parkour. I also love boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling, mma etc. Pretty much every sport. I'm competitive. I'm in great shape. Very athletic. I crave the win.
