COPS BATTLE METAL BAND IN ARIZONA;
RISING PAIN MEMBERS INJURED, JAILED

Partial statement from RP Guitarist RICKY RACINES:

My name is Ricky. I Play guitar for my band Rising Pain. Last night we had the pleasure of opening up for Pestilence @ Club Red in Tempe AZ. Security at this venue has always been questionable! During Pestilence's set a small( maybe 10 people) mosh pit broke out. Security proceeded to grab people by the throat and throw them out, including two girls who now have bruises all over their body. I went outside to see what happened since my brother was in the pit! as a result i got thrown out too. The violence shown by security was not called for! especially when trying to handle females!!! Everyone in the parking lot was furious about this even Warbringer's frontman could not get back in to the venue. Eventually the police was called and it all went down hill from there. The 2 girls that were hurt were trying to explain to the police what the security guards did to them but the police would not listen and just told them to leave! after persisting they got thrown to the ground and handcuffed! after that the police went after my brother, our singer Justin was slammed to the ground by cops! they kept yelling stop resisting! but he has doing anything but, they broke all the ligaments in his arm and was taking to jail where they didnt provide any medical attention even tho he kept telling them he thought his arm was broken.

Greeting from Vile Existence!!

Saturday March 27th we have a great opportunity to perform in front of a
Major Record Label for a chance to perform at the 2010 California MetalFest IV
tour on May 15th and 16th.

This All Ages, Battle
of the Bands show will be @ the Clubhouse 3-27-10 starting @ 4pm and we will be hitting the stage around 6:30. Mosh Pit Army
will be putting on the show with some of the best Metal Bands in the Valley
competing for this opportunity.

A major record label will be at the show judging all bands with 1 band
getting the chance to go to California
to play on the tour May 15th and 16th.

This is an incredible chance for us to get some valuable recognition and
share the stage with some of the most KICK ASS bands out today. Not too mention
making a great impression on the label!! Some of the bands that will be on the
MetalFest tour in Cali include...Fear Factory, Job for a Cowboy, White Chapel,
Dying Fetus, The Faceless, and tons more.

We need all you VILE EXISTENCE and METAL fans in the valley to come out
and support us for this show. We have all the confidence in our music and stage
performance to make a great impression on the judges, but we need you guys for
support!!

We have discounted tickets for sale and will be giving free T-Shirts and demos
to anyone that purchases 4 or more tickets. If you can only do 1 or 2 tics
we'll give you a great deal on our shirts just for the support.

As always we won't be making any money on this show ( there was an
entrance fee) but we truly believe that this is a HUGE chance for us to take
the next step as a band.

We really hope you can make it out for the show!! Even if you can't, just
re-posting this and helping to spread the word would huge help.

Thanks for all your help and for supporting the local METAL scene!!
